Adding more case studies is important to make the learner more engaged. You have to take more inputs such as real life incidents, testimonials, videos from the SME to make your content more engaging. Whatever content you add make sure it is simple and easy to understand, so that the learner will be motivated and learn what is discussed.
3. Assess regularly:
In regular classroom training, the instructor will stop in between and ask questions to confirm the understanding of the content. In elearning course we have to assess the learners frequently to make sure the content is getting across.
Adding formative assessments not only help us to track and monitor but also help us in reinforcing the content. For all correct and incorrect answers give explanatory feedback to reinforce the learning.
